The Healing Horizon Cell adopts a holistic, school-wide approach to psychological counselling by supporting students, staff, and caregivers through integrated mental-health initiatives. It empowers trained psychology students as peer educators who act as mental-health ambassadors under the supervision of the School Psychologist. The cell provides confidential individual counselling, group sessions, and preventive programs addressing stress, bullying, cyber safety, and social–emotional skills. Special initiatives such as Buddy Not Bully and Kind is Cool promote empathy, inclusion, and positive behaviour from early years. Parent workshops and counselling sessions strengthen home–school collaboration and emotional continuity. Behavioural interventions and teacher collaboration ensure structured classroom support. Through staff wellness programs and regular classroom engagement, the Healing Horizon Cell fosters a safe, resilient, and emotionally healthy school ecosystem.
