Attendance
Regular attendance is not merely a school requirement, but a cornerstone of academic discipline and student success.
- ● A minimum of 90% attendance is expected from every student as per the standards set by the school.
- ● To be eligible for any Scholar Badge recognition, a student must maintain at least 85% attendance.
- ● In alignment with CBSE norms, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for examinations and fulfill academic requirements.
In case of absence, parents are kindly requested to:
- ● Inform the class teacher promptly.
- ● Submit a written leave application following the prescribed format provided in the organizers on page no. 5.
We urge all parents and students to treat attendance with utmost seriousness, as it plays a vital role in the holistic growth and academic journey of every learner.

School uniform gives a sense of identity and ensures uniformity among the students.
Kindly ensure that your ward comes to school in appropriate uniform everyday. HOUSE T-SHIRTS TO BE WORN ON TUESDAY(IV-VI) AND FRIDAY(VII-IX).

School Timings and Punctuality
All students are required to reach school by 7:20 AM sharp. Punctuality is a fundamental value we uphold, and repeated late arrivals are discouraged.
- - In the event of more than three late arrivals, the student will be sent back home or sit in the library.
- - Students are not permitted to leave the school premises before the regular dispersal time, particularly after examinations.
Dear parents you can refer to page number 35 of the organiser where late coming is marked by the incharges.
Transport Regulations
To ensure the safety and timely transit of students:
- - Students availing school transport must be ready and present at their pick-up point on time.
- - The same mode of transport must be used for both arrival and dispersal.
Use of mobile phones is not promoted as it distracts students from studies, affects sleep and health, causes addiction, cyberbullying, and lowers cognitive skills. It also reduces social interaction. Balanced, mindful use is essential for students’ overall well-being.
